The implementation and support of client-facing technical products drives the digitalisation strategy of the company by increasing adoption of new digital products. The tasks and responsibilities are wide and varied with different degrees of complexity, making this role a valuable opportunity for personal development and gaining an in-depth understanding of how the business operates. The role ensures the accurate flow of transactional data from all reservation platforms to our customer financial and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Technical Business Support is responsible for these core areas: System administration for online customer booking systems: Atriis, Cytric, and Concur self-booking External and internal customer support for these systems Onboarding new external customers onto Clyde technology systems Supporting Clyde Travels\’ proprietary Consort system GDS Management and workflows: Working with automation systems such as Compleat or IQCX Documenting processes and creating workflow consistency Setting up new internal users across all Clyde booking systems Supporting NDC workflows and queries Supporting internal customers with GDS product or workflow queries Rolling out new product enhancements Travel technology product management: Reviewing and implementing new technical solutions Enhancing Clydeβs proprietary booking platform Identifying efficiencies in current processes Collaborating with other departments to improve processes Secondary responsibilities: Ensuring booked transactions flow into invoicing systems accurately and timely Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues Reacting to system errors and generating reports Recommending process improvements Managing technical supplier disruptions Candidate Requirements Previous experience in technical support or corporate reservations Knowledge of GDS and OBTs is highly desirable SVQ / National Diploma/Certificate in a business discipline or higher education Experience with BSP/ARC beneficial Experience implementing online booking technology Supporting travel technology products Experience in the Marine or Energy travel industry The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, depending on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
