About the Role
Join a dynamic engineering team working on cutting-edge engine validation projects across a wide range of engines (0.5L to 7.1L). This role offers high complexity, global collaboration (UK, China, India), and exposure to confidential, next-generation technologies. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a technically rich environment.

- Execute complex engine validation tests
- Plan, conduct, and analyze test activities
- Collaborate with GED Test Operations for high-quality data delivery
- Develop and refine validation methodologies
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership teams
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Skills
- Strong project and time management
- Solid understanding of diesel engines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years in engine/system validation
- Proficiency with testbed software, calibration tools, emissions equipment, and data logging
- Hands-on experience with engine testing and troubleshooting
