Our client is recruiting a fluent French incentive consultant that will design travel programmes to reward, inspire and deliver improved performance. You must research and source the most imaginative incentive experiences available for corporate groups. They need you to make sure business objectives are met and return on investment is measured. Incentive travel improves clients' overall performance and helps develop & encourage talent. Clients admit that their people are their most valuable asset. Since staff performance largely depends on reward & recognition, our client needs a new member of staff to develop incentive travel programmes that are fun and engaging.
