Technical Wastewater Engineer

We\’re seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Wastewater Specialist to drive the development of our solutions for PR29 and AMP9. What you\’ll do This is an opportunity to join Wessex Water at a time of unprecedented change for the company and sector, with the potential for you to make a significant impact. Our investment plan proposes doubling investment over the next five years, with a large focus on wastewater. As a Technical Wastewater Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping our future investment, including wastewater and environmental solutions in AMP9. Your responsibilities will be diverse, allowing you to influence our business strategies and the future of the water industry. You should be capable of balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail, collaborating effectively to align strategies such as the Drainage and Wastewater Management Plan (DWMP), Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP), and Long-Term Delivery Strategy (LTDS). What you\’ll need You should be technically skilled and proactive in questioning processes to ensure optimal solutions for customers and the environment. This role suits someone experienced in designing wastewater solutions and able to articulate their strategic importance.
