Location: Hybrid working – 2/3 days in the office (Surrey)

Industry: IT Consultancy / Microsoft Solutions Partner

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer with experience in IT consultancy or technology services. You’ll take full ownership of marketing activities—from campaign development and content creation to event management and social media execution. Your efforts will directly drive lead generation and strengthen their market position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms
• Organise and promote in-person and virtual events, webinars, and partner co-branded initiatives
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Create engaging content including blogs, email newsletters, customer success stories, and video snippets
• Develop and maintain the company website and landing pages (CMS experience a plus)
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Dynamics Marketing
• Coordinate marketing activities with Microsoft’s Go-To-Market resources

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an IT consultancy or Microsoft Partner environment
• Proven success in campaign management, content marketing, and digital channels
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Business Applications, Azure, M365, etc.)
• Event planning experience—from concept to execution
• A self-starter who enjoys both strategy and hands-on delivery
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
