Roles:
- Manage mechanical design projects ranging from £100,000 to £10 million.
- Lead full-cycle design efforts from initial brief to final documentation.
- Collaborate with Contract Management, Estimating, and CAD/BIM teams.
- Design systems including domestic services, HVAC, ventilation, public health, and comfort cooling.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly HTM standards.
- Conduct site surveys, meet with clients and consultants, and present technical designs.
- Support project delivery through strong documentation and team coordination.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design (Building Services).
- HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
