Our client is a Directly Authorised household name and an established leader within their niche, employing circa 170 people remotely across the UK.

As an innovative disruptor within financial services, our client has built a bespoke, cutting-edge platform, which enables their remote loan advisors to work efficiently – brokering high volume business, with an endless flow of direct online leads.

Their market leading platform has enhanced the businesses performance and as a result, they are achieving year-on-year growth.

Our client is seeking experienced and ambitious, Secured Loan Advisors to join their successful, collaborative team who will be servicing direct applicants from enquire through to completion.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 18+ months advising on secured loans (second charge mortgages) in a whole of market environment
• Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
• Experience of handling B2C enquiries and searching multiple lenders that meet customers criteria (advantageous)
• Fully remote working
• Laptop and all necessary equipment provided
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising a day per year to 25 days + BH)
