Meridian Health & Social Care are a domiciliary care company in Wakefield who provide a range of care and support services for our service users. The role is community-based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent. Our service users are individuals, and all deserve to be treated as such.

A general guide to the duties we provide includes support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. No two days will be the same!
