Aquent is working with our global consumer healthcare client to find a Print Production PM to work on a global restage of one of their well-known products, requiring the consolidation of multiple project managers into a single point of contact to streamline communication and coordination. With a scope encompassing over 1,000 SKUs, the role demands expertise in global print production processes, particularly colour matching for label artwork. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional and cross-regional conversations across time zones, acting as the primary liaison for stakeholders, and managing ongoing work confidently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have flexible working hours to accommodate global teams in Singapore, EMEA, and the US, possess strong print production expertise, and be ready to onboard quickly to drive the project forward.

This is a contract role aimed to start ASAP and run until the end of March 2025, with the scope to move on to other projects thereafter. Our client works on a hybrid model, and you will be required to work onsite in their High Wycombe office a couple of times a month. The role comes with a gross Umbrella rate of between £65.50 – £68.22 per hour. Daily working hours may vary as you will be required to accommodate global teams in Singapore, EMEA, and the US.

Project Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the global team
  • Lead cross-functional and cross-regional conversations across time zones
  • Provide assurance and confidence to the stakeholders by managing ongoing work effectively

2. Print Production Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of global print production processes, including colour matching for labels
  • Ability to handle complex print-related challenges specific to multiple markets

3. Time Zone Management:

  • Work closely with teams in Singapore, EMEA, and New York/New Jersey
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate calls across regions

4. Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to drive the project forward
  • Balance high-level coordination and detailed execution

5. Quick Onboarding:

  • The candidate should be ready to dive into an ongoing project, which started a few weeks ago

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven expertise in print production, especially global color-matching processes
  • Strong project management skills, particularly for large-scale, multi-market projects
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Confidence and strong communication skills to navigate complex, global conversations

Hard Skills:

  • Wrike or other PM/Workflow management system (Asana, Workfront, etc)
  • Management of design teams working on the execution of packaging and print production projects (CPG specifically)
  • Understanding of packaging print production workflows (inc colour management, print trials)
  • Experience in managing large global projects (large volume of SKUs and working with teams across multiple regions – EMEA, AP, NA)
  • Including experience in multi-language and regional adaptations

Soft Skills:

  • Needs to be proactive and take initiative – will be expected to \”jump in\” to a fast-paced project already underway
  • Needs to have executive presence and be able to present project status to high-level business leaders
  • Needs to be available to work across multiple time zones, joining or leading calls on \”off hours\” as needed
  • Needs to provide a calm and steady hand to lead this project, providing a single point of contact from business partners to Design
