Key Responsibilities
• Build sales strategy, pipeline, and close on TV brands adopting LG\’s webOS operating system. Role is required to perform prioritization, term sheets, contract negotiation, and ROI
• Develop overall plan to address needs of third party brands and partners, in the following areas, but not limited to: marketing, incentive funding, and pricing lineup discussions.
• Develop regular cadences with the third parties, listen, consider improvements and communicate for solutions.
• Negotiate and support third party OEMs and licensed brands requirements for adoption of webOS
• Managing communications from multiple potential and current TV brands, OEMs, sourcing teams. This input is used to improve the overall program and also improve each partnership.
• Managing an innovative new business development area for LG, using all available tools to develop customized and successful relationships

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Candidate will be responsible for annual revenue goals.
• This role supports strategic KPIs of achieving growth targets. It also works with LG Korea HQ for initiatives
• Continuously analyze performance to optimise project progress
• The applicant will be responsible for understanding what\’s relevant locally and be the POC for HQ for local CP’s.
• Needs to be a highly communicative and trusted by internal LG counterparts, OEM and value chain partners.
• Bi-languages including Korean speaking are preferred
Qualifications
• A Bachelor Degree mandated
– English speaking country preferred with at least one other Eurpoean language
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related area
– Meeting with TV brands, manufacturing companies & sourcing decision makers to establish regular sales meetings & drive to close deals
– Must have contract experience prior to starting this position
– Finance management, business operations modeling and forecasting, data, presentation
• Strong negotiation skills
• May be requested to work evenings or weekends for special program live events
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
