Partner & Affiliate Marketing Lead (3-Month Contract with option to extend)

Design and launch the growth engine behind a breakthrough AI product

We’re a young, ambitious team building something bold. Backed by serious product and engineering talent, we’re now looking for an experienced Partner & Affiliate Marketing Lead to design and launch our entire partner ecosystem from scratch.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Design the full partner and affiliate program across tiers (referrers, creators, agencies, tech partners)

Build the assets, systems, incentives, and payout structures from zero

Craft messaging and materials that excite people about the vision

Set up the infrastructure—CRM, tracking, onboarding flows, partner support

Close early partner deals and prove the model

Coordinate across product and leadership to align the whole go-to-market

✅ You should have:

✔ Proven experience launching successful partner or affiliate programs

✔ Multi-level marketing / growth network / community-driven GTM exposure

✔ A mix of strategy + execution

✔ The ability to present and inspire

✔ Bonus: worked in AI, tech, or early-stage startups, experience of engaging dev community
