We're working with a Northeast-based Local Authority to appoint a Commercial Estates Surveyor into their Corporate Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong estates or asset management background to join a team focused on driving strategic value and improving property outcomes across the council's diverse portfolio.
