Career Rabbit is a career coaching and consultancy firm based in London, offering services to Asian clients in both the UK and China. We are now looking for candidates to join the fast-growing business in the role of Marketing Specialist for our London office.
This is the Sales & Marketing Internship (Mandarin Speaker) role at Career Rabbit Limited. The role is an on-site position in London, Canary Wharf, United Kingdom. We are a London-based career coaching company helping Chinese students and young professionals break into top-tier roles across consulting, finance, tech, and more in the UK job market. Our clients include international students at Oxbridge, LSE, UCL, and other top UK universities.
With a fast-growing user base and strong influencer presence across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and LinkedIn, we are now looking for a bilingual intern to support our sales and marketing operations — someone who’s resourceful, ambitious, and understands what resonates with Gen Z Chinese audiences.
Qualifications
- Native-level Mandarin Chinese, fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with platforms like Xiaohongshu/WeChat is a strong plus
- Able to use camera or phone photography, with video and graphic aesthetics
- Interest in career coaching, education, marketing, or startups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage and build rapport
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva/Xingtu/Meituxiuxiu)
- UK-based candidates or those with knowledge of UK higher education/job hunting will be prioritized
