We’re looking for a talented and driven CRO/UX Lead to join our clients in-house digital team at a fashion brand. You’ll be responsible for leading conversion rate optimisation strategy and enhancing the user experience across the ecommerce platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data-driven design and creating seamless, customer-first online journeys. This role will be 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a structured experimentation roadmap, delivering A/B and multivariate tests to optimise key website areas such as checkout, product pages, and merchandising. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from Creative and Ecommerce to Development, ensuring insights and improvements are effectively implemented. Alongside CRO, you’ll shape the UX across all digital touchpoints, producing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to bring ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in CRO and UX, strong stakeholder management skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Proficiency in tools like GA4, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Hotjar, and Figma is essential, along with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
