Core3 are delighted to partner with a market-leading and sustainability-driven construction business to recruit a part-time Senior Management Accountant opportunity based in North Bristol. £29,000 (20 hours/week) + bonus, generous pension, and hybrid working.

How you will make an impact:
- This is a senior finance leadership role with a part-time schedule, ideal for a qualified accountant looking to balance strategic influence with flexibility.
- You will lead the month-end reporting for a key business line, manage a team of part-qualified accountants, and play a central role in standardising and improving accounting processes.
- Take ownership of monthly management accounts for specific process areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with group standards.
- Lead, develop, and support a team of part-qualified accountants.
- Optimise processes, resource allocation, and working practices for maximum efficiency.
- Liaise with business controllers, analysts, and site managers to ensure data integrity and strong financial controls.
- Drive improvements in accounting systems and practices to achieve cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and support the wider finance team's growth.
- Oversee internal control and audit activities within the Shared Service Centre.
