Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare key management information and analytical reports to support informed decision-making within the Consumer Channel, focusing on E-commerce performance.
  • Lead the monthly forecasting and reporting processes, including communicating risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Assist the Commercial Channel in developing business cases for promotions and initiatives, and produce thorough post-promotion reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication regarding financial and commercial concerns.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the E-commerce channel; proactively analyse trends to identify opportunities and support actionable solutions.
  • Support the annual budget process for E-commerce, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Expectations:

  • Part-qualified or currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; eagerness to develop further analytical capabilities.
  • Experience using analytical software such as Qlik Sense/Cube is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to ask insightful questions and manage upward communication.
  • Capable presenter, comfortable sharing findings and insights with leadership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
