Reporting to the Store Manager (SM) , you will be responsible for managing product performance, overseeing stock, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience . Sales & KPI Achievement: Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by monitoring key KPIs, analysing sales trends, and executing action plans to maximise profitability. Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver consistently high service standards. Provide ongoing feedback, manage daily operations, and help build a strong, performance-driven culture. Work closely with the team to ensure products are well-presented, replenished, and aligned with commercial priorities. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture by leading by example on the shop floor and resolving customer queries with confidence and professionalism.
