Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Maintain and manage the change backlog
- Coordinate backlog prioritisation with the wider Data Platform and related stakeholders
- Deliver structured and clear status updates to stakeholders and consumers
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners on progress tracking, risk and issue management, and budget control
- Contribute to defining the technical development approach, balancing time, cost, quality, and risk
- Support the identification and management of technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs)
Skills & Experience Required:
- Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile development environments
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Skilled in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and promoting team empowerment
- Previous experience delivering software or technology solutions, ideally within distributed/integrated architectures
- Ability to guide technical teams and contribute to solution design discussions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments
Desirable Qualifications:
- Agile certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
- Background in software engineering or technical delivery
