We are putting together a team of A players to scale the Home of Human Optimisation. We help high performers take control of their wellness by creating outstanding Human Optimisation products, think saunas, ice baths, hyperbaric chambers. We aim to help people unlock their full potential by providing world-class wellness products and community for everyone who wants to perform at their best every single day.
We are growing extremely fast and in 2023 we were backed by Google and a host of elite athletes and entrepreneurs. In 2024, we appeared on Dragons’ Den in what is now one of the most viewed episodes in the history of the show. Last year we grew 350% and have no intention of slowing down. We’re now looking ahead to the future and building a team of leaders who want to be part of scaling the business into a global brand. Our aim is to have 60,000 customers within the next 4 years and cement our position as the Home of Human Optimisation.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll be focused on scaling our DTC brand. Your role will involve driving growth through managing paid acquisition, CRO, email marketing and influencers campaigns.
- Set the overall growth strategy.
- Build and lead a high performing growth team (internal and external resource).
- Constantly test and iterate based on data.
- Manage our website agency and/or freelancers to create world class PDPs that convert.
- Develop + test landing pages that align with broader acquisition funnels and messaging.
- Create and manage a roadmap of ongoing development and improvements.
- Oversee and optimise the day to day running of paid media campaigns.
- Work with our in house content team to continually produce high performing and diverse creative across channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of our existing and target customer profiles and develop cross channel funnels that take them through an optimised purchasing journey.
- Manage the budget effectively across the channel mix and work with our external agencies to generate maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and A/B tests and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Manage our agency to hold them to the highest standard and ensure they are delivering core KPIs around database growth and revenue generation.
- Develop a roadmap to continuously improve core email flows.
- Create ideas for campaigns that align with the broader marketing activity of the business and drive ROI.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities and feedback to the wider team to inform the strategy.
- Build an influencer programme to create regular whitelisting content and improve creative diversity.
- Drive international launches into new markets, testing channels in new markets.
- Have a seat at the table alongside the two Co-Founders and Head of Ops to really shape the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Manage an agency portfolio with an aligned growth strategy so they become a high performing extension of the team.
- Build and inspire a lean, A player internal team to push MyoMaster to the next stage of growth.
