A fantastic organisation with exceptional offices is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join them as a Receptionist on a full-time, permanent basis. Working as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business's front of house function. This business prides itself on its provision of excellent client service and the reception function plays a pivotal part in this.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of meeting rooms, bookings and catering requests in order to facilitate all relevant meetings
- Professional meet and greet catering for all visitors' requirements
- Liaison with various departments across the business in order to ensure smooth running of the function
- Setting up all AV equipment
- Helping with the set up and operations of events and seminars on site
- Adherence to health and safety policies and business continuity plans
- Elements of ad hoc administration including reporting and support of Client Services Manager
- Assisting with all facilities related issues
Prior Reception experience is preferred but experience within hospitality is just as desirable. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills alongside a strong work ethic and a real passion for providing the best client service possible!
