Now, we’re seeking a talented Studio and Content Manager to elevate our storytelling through outstanding creative execution across digital, retail, and packaging.
About the Role… This is your opportunity to take the reins of Whittard’s creative production—from big-picture content strategy to the fine details of shoot logistics. You’ll be at the centre of our content engine, managing everything from concept to delivery, while ensuring every asset we produce feels distinctively Whittard. From directing food and lifestyle shoots to optimising content workflows and managing third-party partners, this is a role where creative flair meets operational excellence. Working across departments you’ll craft meaningful content experiences that engage audiences and deliver commercial impact.
Please note: this is a hybrid role and requires 3 days per week in our office (up to 4 during probationary period) – Abingdon, Oxfordshire (OX14 4SH).
- Creative Vision Meets Execution – Lead end-to-end production of brand content across digital, retail, packaging, and social channels, always aligned with our tone and aesthetic.
- Own the Content Calendar – Develop and deliver content that aligns with brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial priorities across global markets.
- Production Management – Run shoots from storyboard to post-production, managing budgets, crews, casting, and timelines.
- Champion Quality & Consistency – Ensure all creative outputs reflect our high standards in food & beverage styling and brand identity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with teams across product, e-commerce, CRM, and brand to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Agency & Supplier Oversight – Source, onboard, and lead external production partners, freelancers, and design vendors.
- Studio Workflow & Tools – Drive process improvements, manage asset delivery pipelines, and keep our Digital Asset Management system running smoothly.
- Data-Informed Decisions – Monitor key metrics like content performance, budget efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction to continuously refine our approach.
