As we target 10x growth, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Manager to lead our customer acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.

🧩 About the Role

This is a pivotal growth-focused role at the intersection of product, marketing, and data. You'll plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth initiatives while working closely with the founding team to scale the investor base across KSA and beyond.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Consistently improving acquisition and conversion rates
  • Running and iterating growth experiments based on behavioural insights
  • Creating scalable, automated journeys to activate and retain investors

🎯 Responsibilities

  • Design and run data-driven growth experiments across the full funnel
  • Manage and optimise paid and organic campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, WhatsApp)
  • Build CRM flows and retargeting journeys tailored to key personas
  • Segment users and tailor strategies to their stage of engagement
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align messaging with lifecycle
  • Report on performance and present actionable insights regularly

🧠 Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or product-led growth (fintech or B2C a plus)
  • Proven experience launching and scaling products, ideally in the GCC
  • Expertise in A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, HubSpot), and attribution models
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for both detail and scale
  • Arabic/English bilingual is a plus
