Huge career advancement opportunities As a Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the procurement and management of spare parts for a leading local engineering business. Your focus will be on ensuring cost-effective purchasing, developing supplier relationships, and optimising inventory to support operational efficiency. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and service reliability Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to enhance service levels and performance Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery Analyse usage trends and forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes.
