Role Overview: As an X-Ray Administrator, you will be the backbone of our X-ray department, ensuring that administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the X-ray Administrator Manager and Radiographers to provide exceptional service to our patients, referrers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking in patients upon arrival for their appointments
- Typing medical reports for the imaging department
- Booking appointments for patients
- Handling patient queries via email and phone with professionalism and care
- Preparing clinic files ahead of appointments
- Processing payments
- Communicating with internal and external doctors, and referrers to ensure seamless patient care
- Obtaining and organising previous patient imaging records and reports
- Conducting monthly audits
