What you’ll do:
- Oracle NetSuite is reinventing engagement with our growing customer base. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a cloud-based subscription service for ERP solution support, driving continuous improvement and value.
- Work with customers to address high-priority gaps
- Evaluate and test client business processes, IT controls, and identify risks
- Architect solutions for complex requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with our Technical Services team
- Identify security and risk management issues, and opportunities for process improvement
- Research and advise on tax matters
- Define functional requirements and design for testing automations and integrations to NetSuite
- Customize and consult on financial reporting (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flows)
- Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and intercompany account management
- Review deliverables from team members for quality
Skills and Qualifications needed:
- Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles
- Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software Services
- Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions
