What you’ll do Oracle NetSuite is reinventing engagement with our growing customer base. The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering provides a cloud-based subscription service for ERP solution support, driving continuous improvement and value. Work with customers to address high-priority gaps Evaluate and test client business processes, IT controls, and identify risks Architect solutions for complex requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with our Technical Services team Identify security and risk management issues, and opportunities for process improvement Research and advise on tax matters Define functional requirements and design for testing automations and integrations to NetSuite Customize and consult on financial reporting (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flows) Perform general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and intercompany account management Review deliverables from team members for quality Skills and Qualifications needed: Relevant experience in application-centric functional or technical roles Experience in vertical markets such as Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Software Services Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions Creativity and ability to develop and present new ideas and solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
