Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build bespoke HIL systems, including electronic circuits, PCB layouts and material fabrications
- Create automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability in testing
- Maintain internal HIL systems, troubleshooting integration issues between hardware and software components
- Providing coaching and mentoring of Junior Test Engineers and Electronic Engineers
- Provide regular test updates to customers to outline technical diagnosis of system related issues and work with wider personnel to help find effective and efficient solutions
Qualifications:
- Degree, HND or Apprenticeship in Electronic Engineering or similar field
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of automotive systems and communication protocols
- Experience in maintaining and developing hardware and software systems
- Proven experience in LabView development essential (Certified LabView Developer qualification a big bonus)
