Main Responsibilities Ensure the supply and demand challenges of nursing services are met, ensuring appropriately skilled nurses are in the right place at the right time with the right support. Utilize the resource planning system (Total Mobile) and Standard Operating Procedures to enable efficiencies and drive continuous improvement using technology for effective, accurate, and live workforce planning. Ensure data within the resource planning system remains accurate and up-to-date. Use the resource planning system to run periodic analytical management reports and ensure they are prepared within the appropriate time frame. Utilize available data to identify trends and key risks to plan more effectively for the future. Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, such as the Working Time Directive, when planning rotas and implementing staff working patterns to ensure safe working practices and mitigate risks to the business. Experience Required Experience in using IT systems to deliver workforce planning and scheduling solutions. Experience managing multiple, conflicting priorities and delivering at pace to deadlines. Well-developed interpersonal skills to quickly establish credibility, network, build relationships, and trust. Evidence of continuous improvement through innovative and creative solutions.
