Are you an experienced Lead Planner ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are seeking a talented professional to join a high-profile £20 million M&E project in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure efficient project execution.
- Create and track S-curves, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Produce detailed reports to monitor progress and support decision-making.
- Apply expertise in JCT & NEC contracts within a Design & Build environment.
- Maintain rigorous project controls, including calculating earned vs spent value to optimize cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in M&E subcontractor projects — this is essential.
- Strong background working with JCT & NEC contracts.
- Expertise in Design & Build methodologies.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning software.
