Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Create and track S-curves, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Produce detailed reports to monitor progress and support decision-making.
  • Apply expertise in JCT & NEC contracts within a Design & Build environment.
  • Maintain rigorous project controls, including calculating earned vs spent value to optimize cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in M&E subcontractor projects — this is essential.
  • Strong background working with JCT & NEC contracts.
  • Expertise in Design & Build methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning software.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of project controls including earned value management.
  • Some travel is required.
