We're Hiring: CAD Technician (Full-Time) – Coventry or London
Do you live and breathe AutoCAD? Love turning technical data into sharp, accurate drawings? Concept is on the lookout for a CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in either our Coventry or London office. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a passion for structural and factual drawing production, and a love for variety in your work — we want to hear from you!
Your Home Base:
- Coventry – Herald Way, CV3 2RQ
- London – Brunel Road, W3 7XR
(Sometimes you’ll be out on-site, mostly around the South East, and possibly even further afield in the UK or overseas)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating detailed site plans, trial pit sketches, and geological cross sections
- Supporting our structural investigations with sketches, ferroscanning, and logging
- Managing photos, formatting site data, and handling CAD drawings with care and precision
- Collaborating closely with the Production Team
- Keeping our drawings tidy and compliant within our WMS system
What You Bring:
- Top-notch AutoCAD skills and an eye for structural detailing
- Solid IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (and if you know geotechnical databases — even better!)
- A proactive mindset — you're self-motivated, organised, and love solving problems
- Great communication and people skills
- A full, UK driving license
