Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal / Legal Administrative Assistant to join our expanding Private Client Department. The right candidate will be an integral part of the team with a high level of autonomy and responsibility and will support the Head of Department. They will have exposure to training and support and continuous professional development with an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition and drive to contribute meaningfully to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Applications
  • Preparing documents and using the case management system
  • Assisting fee earners and managing client files
  • Liaising with clients and third parties

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • Confident in using MS Office and legal software
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
