Job Title: Head of Customer Success / Manager, Customer Success

We are looking for a driven leader to lead up our Customer Success function. This is a permanent role, managing a team of four and playing a critical part in delivering value to our growing customer base.

Responsibilities include

• Lead and grow Customer Success – coach, support and line-manage a team of four CS professionals.
• Ensure customers are successfully onboarded, supported and educated – driving their satisfaction, adoption and success.
• Collaborating with others, shape and execute strategies to retain and grow accounts.
• Own relationships with key accounts where required.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as the business scales.

Qualifications and experience

This role best suits someone with most of the following:

• Customer Success experience, ideally in a complex B2B product offering.
• Line management experience, ideally in a customer success context.
• Experience of financial services or data businesses a big plus – especially Corporate Finance, Private Equity or Accountancy.
• Detail orientated with strong problem solving skills.
