The Role

Due to the firm’s growth and expansion within the Credit Hire Team, they are now seeking a Credit Hire Supervisor to join their established team. The Credit Hire Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Volume Credit Hire team while managing a small personal caseload. Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is essential.

This role focuses on leading, motivating, and developing a team of Volume Credit Hire fee earners. The Supervisor will monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement to foster a culture of continuous development. In collaboration with the Credit Hire Partner, they will ensure the team operates efficiently, profitably, and effectively.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about leadership, technical excellence, and client service in a fast-paced legal environment

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
  • 3–5 years of Credit Hire litigation experience, including liability assessment and compliance with SLAs.
  • Strong organisational, technical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of case management systems and MI reporting.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
  • Comprehensive understanding of fast track, small claims track, and Stage 3 processes
