The Role
Due to the firm’s growth and expansion within the Credit Hire Team, they are now seeking a Credit Hire Supervisor to join their established team. The Credit Hire Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Volume Credit Hire team while managing a small personal caseload. Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is essential.
This role focuses on leading, motivating, and developing a team of Volume Credit Hire fee earners. The Supervisor will monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement to foster a culture of continuous development. In collaboration with the Credit Hire Partner, they will ensure the team operates efficiently, profitably, and effectively.

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
- 3–5 years of Credit Hire litigation experience, including liability assessment and compliance with SLAs.
- Strong organisational, technical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of case management systems and MI reporting.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets
- Comprehensive understanding of fast track, small claims track, and Stage 3 processes
