Restaurant and Bar Manager – 4-Star Hotel Beautiful countryside location, with a great commute from London Salary: £50,000 per annum + £5,000 service charge Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a highly regarded 4-star hotel, for the position of Restaurant and Bar Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a well-established venue offering excellent career development prospects. As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the hotel’s restaurant and bar. You will lead and inspire a dedicated front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service standards, creating a welcoming and professional experience for every guest. Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar operations Ensure outstanding guest service at all times Coordinate with the Head Chef and senior leadership on service and standards Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team performance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Proven experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or hospitality setting is essential Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills A commitment to high standards of service and guest experience Commercial awareness with an ability to manage budgets and control costs Must be able to reliably commute or relocate – excellent transport links from London Competitive salary of £50,000 per annum An additional £5,000 annual service charge Long-term career progression within a growing hospitality group If you are looking to take the next step in your hospitality career, and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
