The Volume Recruiter manages end-to-end recruitment campaigns—from planning and advertising to screening, assessments, interviews, and offers—ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience in high-volume environments. Working within the Talent Experience Team, this role focuses on delivering high-quality hiring experiences. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in recruitment, especially volume hiring, with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes. Experience developing talent attraction strategies, leveraging digital platforms, networking, and targeted campaigns. Strong communication skills—effective written and verbal engagement with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and solve challenges proactively. Nice to have: Experience managing multiple requisitions with competing priorities. Creative skills in building targeted attraction campaigns and managing the candidate journey. Confidence using data and recruitment technology for decision-making and improvement. A passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences. Additional information: This role is based at Unity Place – Milton Keynes. We support flexible working, requiring attendance at least 12 days per month in the office. Please consider your travel distance and costs when applying.
