As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a passionate Alliance Development Specialist to join our international team in Brighton. This role is pivotal in acquiring, developing, and managing technology partnerships within the E-Invoicing domain and SaaS community. You will report into the Director of EMEA Business Development. What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will drive Technology Partner acquisitions in the e-Invoicing and live reporting space to expand Avalara\’s Partner Ecosystem. You will oversee and optimize the onboarding process for new Technology Partners. You will develop and manage Technology Partnerships while ensuring accurate reporting and record maintenance. You will identify strategic Technology Partnership opportunities and execute commercial go-to-market campaigns. You will collaborate across teams and align with internal stakeholders effectively. What You’ll Need To Be Successful Optimistic, partner-first mindset with a solution-oriented, collaborative approach. Passionate about digitalization and applied business compliance technology solutions. Strong awareness of current and emerging e-Invoicing and live/digital reporting trends and requirements. 5+ years experience in Business/Alliance Development. Experience navigating complex issues with creativity. Proficient in identifying partnership opportunities and assessing strategic alignment. Experienced in managing partnership negotiations and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
