The role

We\’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Employment Law Solicitor to join our Employment, Pensions and Immigration National Service Line (NSL) in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing team working across diverse sectors including commercial, health (private and NHS), education, and government.

You will work with employment Partners in the Leeds team: Stuart Craig and Rebecca Pallot – as well as other members of our employment team.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters
  • Delivering training and contributing to business development
  • Collaborating across offices within the NSL

The person

  • 4PQE+ qualified solicitor with a strong interest in employment law
  • Excellent communication, drafting and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions
  • Familiarity with advising large employers
  • Advocacy experience
