Our client is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionising the banking sector with cutting-edge payments technology. They are on a mission to modernise legacy systems and enable the rapid deployment of innovative financial products and are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to lead a high-impact revamp of client-facing materials.
Working with the Director of Strategy and Operations, this role is pivotal to the company's go-to-market strategy and will involve close collaboration with senior leadership. You will bring a consulting mindset, strong storytelling skills, and a sharp design sensibility to transform complex technical content into compelling narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and synthesise existing technical and sales materials into high-impact, client-ready presentations.
- Develop scalable master templates and messaging frameworks tailored to different client personas.
- Craft dual-track messaging that appeals to both IT decision-makers and business executives.
- Train internal teams on new presentation standards and frameworks.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years at a top-tier consulting firm, ideally with exposure to financial services or B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional PowerPoint/Google Slides skills with a strong visual design aesthetic.
- Experience in go-to-market and sales strategy development.
- Proven ability to distil complex technical information into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Experience with core banking projects is a plus, but not essential.
