A dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator offering strong support to the International Business Project Management Office (PMO) team in Project Coordination by tracking, delivery and shipment of products.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist on execution of the project plan by tracking Project obligation and monitor project status
- Assist with scheduling project tasks and keeping the project status up to date with accurate information.
- Arrange and prepare document for delivery/shipment and Prepare for billing document.
- Assist on purchasing of items and Coordination for overseas travel.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Ensure marketing inventory availability and working condition for exhibition.
- Registering / Administration of LEOS products for marketing.
- Proficient in handling product shipment for overseas market.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep track of project files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Attend to relevant administration and documentation required for project startup, execution and closing.
- Monitoring of configuration and service status of each delivered equipment.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Organize, attend, and taking minutes for project meetings
- Experience on visitor management.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Engineering or a related field
· 2 years of experience in project coordination or related areas
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
· 5 days work week
· 1 year agency contract
· Only Singaporean
· Preferably able to commence work within short notice
