Requirements The Skills & Experience you’ll need: A minimum of three years in customer success or account management, ideally within the educational sector. A proven record of managing high-net-worth clients and driving customer loyalty and sales. Comprehensive knowledge of the university application landscape. Aligned with UniAdmissions’ core values and mission, driven to achieve excellence. Skilled in meeting ambitious sales targets and KPIs, with a strategic approach to business challenges. Oxford or Cambridge alumni preferred, but not mandatory, with a strong academic record. Benefits Summary: Pay:£40,000 – £60,000 per year (OTE) based on experience Benefits: Company Pension Scheme 28 days of annual leave (increasing to 33 Days in 5 Year) Paid Sick Leave 3-5 Days Paid Study Leave Paid Parental Leave Enhanced Paternity Leave – 6 weeks at 90%** Location: Five days from your home office. One day per month of team bonding & training in person in Oxfordshire (with lunch provided!).
