Working across the Client Servicing and Paraplanning Team based in Edinburgh supporting colleagues and advisers with the day-to-day activities across the client base.
Responsibilities
- Processing letters of authority and phoning providers for up-to-date information regarding plans or policies.
- Inputting of Fact Finds into the system for new clients and existing clients and any client change of details e.g. bank accounts, addresses.
- Creating Statements of Suitability (SOS) for clients post meeting and updating the relevant systems and spreadsheets.
- Process new business application forms including GIA/ISA/SIPP & Bond accounts ensuring client accounts are set up correctly including fee rates and account groups.
- Setting up online access for new and existing clients and assisting with all queries in relation to the My7IM portal.
- Setting up payments for ISAs, SIPPs, Bonds, GIAs and monitoring regular withdrawals.
- Manage workflow through a task management system and monitoring mailbox.
- Keeping back-office systems and client databases up to date and accurate including unmapped accounts and suspense items.
- Producing reports including valuations, performance summaries and transaction statements inc meeting note preparation.
- Review mail and allocate to respective Advisers within the team or internal office.
