As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving customer retention, and improving lead generation. You’ll own the CRM and marketing automation platform, oversee email marketing, paid social, and SEO/PPC, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM system and marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Optimise data integrity, segmentation, and GDPR compliance to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads to enhance brand awareness and acquisition.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in CRM management, email marketing, and marketing automation. (Pardot experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in tech, SaaS, or AI-driven industries (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance and best practices for CRM data management.
