An ambitious Surrey-based structural engineering consultancy are looking to appoint a new Director of Structures for their growing office.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) Engineer with a proven track record of Business Development and Account Management experience. They have an already established local network and ongoing work, and the task would be to continue this and ideally add new clients to this.

A very generous salary is on offer as well as significant opportunity for personal development within the business for the right person. There is a guaranteed bonus (based on office profit) built into the contract and paid annually.

This role, although requiring BD experience, is open to those without this. The opportunity may suit someone from a larger consultancy, now looking to work more locally in Surrey in a different/smaller profile environment that also includes hybrid working.
