This is one of the most exciting EA positions in the Cambridge area, supporting the CEO, where the importance of having a trusted EA is really valued.
We\’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant to join this forward-thinking and ambitious team – every day will be different and tasks will be broad, including:
- Managing agendas for the CEO
- Directly managing email inbox ensuring emails are prioritised and responded to when appropriate
- Preparing board packs, presentations and pitch decks
- Using the internal database/CRM to track, categorise and update information
- Organising events
- Office management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Drafting, reviewing and sending communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organising and preparing for meetings
- Taking detailed phone messages and answering phone calls
Experience of working as an EA or PA is essential.
Organisation and communication are key components to the success of this role along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and excellent attention to detail.
This is a super opportunity to support a busy CEO, whilst having autonomy over your own projects.
