Are you a compassionate, reliable individual with care experience? We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to work within our local authority care homes across Fife. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, providing essential care and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Daily Living Support: Help residents with daily activities, including eating, mobility, and social interaction, promoting their independence where possible.
- Health & Well-being Monitoring: Observe residents for any signs of physical or emotional changes and report to senior staff as necessary.
- Care Plan Delivery: Follow individualised care plans, tailored to each resident's needs, and maintain accurate care records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Compensation: £12 - £16 per hour
- Flexible Working Hours: We offer both Day Shift and Back Shift options to suit your schedule.

- 6 Months of Care Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working in a care setting within the last three years.

- SSSC Registration: You must be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council, or be willing to register before commencing employment.
