Substance Misuse Case Manager – Aspire4parents team Location: Doncaster This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 16 days at 11:59 BST. The Vacancy The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity that has been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years. Aspire is a partnership between ADS and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). It combines the strengths of NHS provision, led by a consultant, with the voluntary sector provided by ADS. This partnership has been delivering Drug and Alcohol Services for over 20 years, working closely with recovery communities to provide flexible, responsive services aimed at achieving the best outcomes for service users and the community. It is an exciting time to work in the drug and alcohol field, with significant new career opportunities emerging. The parental substance misuse team (Aspire4parents) is a small, dedicated team working with a focused caseload to support families in breaking intergenerational addiction issues and maintaining healthy family relationships with minimal statutory social care involvement. If you have relevant experience in substance misuse, a degree such as psychology, sociology, social work, or a Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, along with a Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse or equivalent, we would like to hear from you. We offer a comprehensive package of accredited qualifications and support for newly qualified Social Workers through the ASYE programme.
