This role will support a high-profile individual within BRG’s Expert Pool. You will work on both professional and personal diary management and be key in helping this individual stay on track and organized across a range of different roles and projects. This part-time role can be offered as a hybrid or remote. The ideal candidate would be able to meet with the MD they are supporting from time to time in London. Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain professional and personal diary, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between the MDs/DS and internal/external clients as required. Prepare and edit proposals, communications, presentations, and other documents. Co-ordinate internal and client events. Manage incoming calls and emails. File and retrieve documents and reference material. Maintain project and client databases. Take charge of administration, including time entry, expenses, arranging Visas, and travel. Use and develop internal support systems and channels of communication effectively and foster strong relations with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate client engagement set-up, invoicing, and billing processes. Assist in the administration of project documents, including invoicing, budgets, plans, and billing. Update project documentation and follow up on project tasks when required. Key Competencies: Confident, articulate individual who is comfortable and practical supporting and communicating with senior stakeholders both within the firm and externally (i.e., with senior clients). Highly collaborative with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to put forward suggestions to improve processes. Show good judgment and decision-making ability. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexibility and adaptability.
