You will work across various therapy areas, creating high-quality, scientifically accurate content tailored to target audiences, aligned with brand strategies. Responsibilities: Lead discussions on therapy areas, treatment drivers, and patient pathways with clients and external experts. Manage content delivery for complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-standard outputs. Develop compelling narratives from complex information, structuring and writing novel projects. Review junior writers’ work, providing constructive feedback and mentorship. Engage in scientific discussions, present work to clients, and contribute to service enhancement and account growth. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively identify new business opportunities. Support the development of scientific strategies for new therapeutic areas. Train and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and adherence to client briefs. Lead meetings, manage project timelines, and address potential issues proactively. Candidate Profile: Experience in medical writing within an agency setting. Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field; PhD preferred but not essential. Excellent English writing skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of Veeva is a plus.
