To provide professional administrative support to any required business function. Accurately capture and record data as requested. Where appropriate produce and present periodic reports. Ensure all company procedures are adhered to and report noncompliance to line manager.
Handling verbal and written enquiries efficiently, effectively, politely, and accurately. Efficiently handle haulier enquiries to resolution in a timely manner. Accurately process all admin within given deadlines. Liaise with transport and operational staff to ensure the most efficient and effective completion of administration tasks, within given timeframes. Ensure timely production of relevant reports as required by management. Maintain good working relationships with drivers and/or traffic staff of service providers. Accurately manage the change of master data. Adherence to company policy & procedures.
Experience:
- 2 years administration experience.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of construction industry and products.
- Knowledge of local and national geography.
- Knowledge of transport regulations.
Essential:
- Demonstrate ability to use own initiative.
- IT literate.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas.
