Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed fact-finds with clients to understand their financial circumstances and mortgage needs.

• Researching and recommending suitable mortgage products from a comprehensive panel of lenders.

• Guiding clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial enquiry to completion.

• Ensuring all advice is compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
