We’re looking for an exceptional Account Director who’s ready to lead with impact, elevate our client partnerships, and push boundaries through the power of data-driven creativity.
As Account Director, you will have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:
- Client Management Guru: Possesses substantial experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, effectively addressing their unique needs, delivering results, and fostering strong client relationships.
- People First Manager:
- Data-Driven Marketing Maestro: Exhibits a deep passion for and expertise in utilising customer, campaign, and performance data to drive effective digital CRM and BTL direct marketing strategies.
- Campaign Planning and Execution Expert: Demonstrates a proven ability to plan, execute, and measure high-performing digital CRM and BTL direct marketing campaigns, including website development, ensuring measurable results and campaign optimisation.
- Database Navigation Ninja: Possesses the ability to navigate and utilise complex databases or Single Customer Views to create effective event-based triggered communications, maximising customer engagement and conversion opportunities.
Possesses a proven track record of supporting clients to grow through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches. Proven experience leading and growing accounts in a digital CRM and direct marketing environment. Strong grasp of customer, campaign, and performance data — and how to turn insight into action. Ability to work with complex databases, creating event-based, triggered communications. Confidence in client leadership, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. A minimum of 3–5 years’ line management experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in dashboard reporting (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake and Azure.
- Data management tool experience - Faststats.
